The Lincoln Park neighborhood in West Seattle is the area which surrounds the neighborhoods namesake park. Lincoln Park, one of Seattle’s larger parks was built in the early 1900’s and expanded for many years. Lincoln Park is a 135 acre park along the shores of Puget Sound which offers hiking trails, bike paths, wading pool, outdoor pool, playgrounds, boat launch, ball fields and courts, picnic areas and a community garden. There is no business district in the Lincoln Park neighborhood although there are several shops and Prices for the older smaller homes start around $225k with newer homes or remodeled larger homes around $400k. restaurants along California Avenue and the Westwood Villlage shopping center is a short drive nearby. Homes in Lincoln Park are only single family residential with price points starting around $450k and reaching above $700k for newer, remodeled or larger homes.
