The small Olympic Hills neighborhood in northeast Seattle is part of the Lake City district occupying an area northeast of Pinehurst and Northgate and west of Lake City Way and the Cedar Park neighborhood. The Jackson Park Golf Course is due west of Olympic Hills and the area was previously the home of the Olympic Hills Polo Grounds in the early 1900’s. Olympic Hills does not have a business district inside it although the western and eastern borders of 15th Ave NE and Lake City Way have a significant number of shops, restaurants and businesses along them. The majority of housing in Olympic Hills is single family homes built in the mid 1900’s and a few number of condos fall along the border streets. Single family homes start at price points around $300k and are typically between there and $500k with an occasional new construction home above that.
