The Roanoke Park neighborhood is small neighborhood to the north of Capitol Hill in a defined area north of Highway 520 and east of Interstate 5. The neighborhood is named after the Roanoke Park, 2 acre park at the southern end of the area. There is no business district in Roanoke Park although residents can access amenities in nearby Eastlake. Roanoke Park homes are typically large, historic single family residences built in the early 1900’s similar to those found in nearby North Capitol Hill and command price points starting around $1m.
