There is no business district in Lakeridge and residents typically use the amenities in nearby Rainier Beach to access retail, shops and restaurants. Housing in Lakeridge is primarily mid 1900’s built single family homes with price points starting around $350, although there are also a number of view properties with price points above $500k.
