The small Lakeridge neighborhood lies to the south of Rainier Beach and north of Bryn Mawr along a hillside with views of Lake Washington. The neighborhood is named after Lakeridge Park, a 35 acre park with hiking trails, greenspace and a creek flowing through it. There is no business district in Lakeridge and residents typically use the amenities in nearby Rainier Beach to access retail, shops and restaurants. Housing in Lakeridge is primarily mid 1900’s built single family homes with price points starting around $350, although there are also a number of view properties with price points above $500k.
