The Denny Blaine neighborhood is one of the smallest in all of Seattle but it also is one of the oldest and most prestigious. Built in the early 1900’s by two developers who named the neighborhood after themselves. The community was designed to take advantage of the hills in the area south of Madison Park to enjoy views of Lake Washington. Denny Blaine has no central business area although homes in this community take advantage of several parks nearby and the amenities available in neighboring Madison Park and Madison Valley. The majority of homes in Denny Blaine are single family homes which retain the classic historic elements of their original construction and command a premium price point starting around $1m.
